Job Summary 

The Associate – Quality Complaints will help with the product complaint management process at Amgen. This role involves looking at customer feedback and complaint records doing assigned assessments and making sure records follow set procedures. The job includes handling records that have limited information deciding when problems need to be taken to a level keeping the quality of complaints high and supporting controlled-document workflows. The position also helps with projects, updates, tracking and continuous improvement while following quality standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Check triaged product complaint records against the rules.

  • Handle customer-feedback. Close them properly.

  • Deal with complaint records that have limited information.

  • Look at records that have been marked as void and finish the process.

  • Do assigned assessments according to the rules that're in place.

  • Keep the accuracy and quality of complaint records.

  • Follow the complaint-management processes that're in place.

  • Find complaints that might need to be escalated or looked into more.

  • Look at. Approve controlled documents through the document-management process.

  • Make sure documents meet the standards for format, content, style, accuracy and consistency.

  • Help with assigned projects and related tasks.

  • Keep track of things use tools and update status.

  • Share. Any problems with the people who need to know.

Educational Qualification 

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences or Biotechnology OR

  • A Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences or Biotechnology.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in quality or manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, device or similar industry.

  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems and industry requirements is helpful.
