Dr. Akram Ahmad is an Indian pharmacist and globally recognised healthcare leader dedicated to transforming clinical career pathways. Born and raised in a small town in Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Ahmad understands firsthand the professional and regional constraints faced by highly capable medical talent from India's underserved areas.
He holds a B.Pharm and Pharm.D from India, followed by a Ph.D. on a full government scholarship from the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. With 14+ years of experience spanning India, Malaysia, and Australia, and recognition among the top 2% of scientists globally — with 110+ peer-reviewed publications including in The Lancet — he brings unparalleled academic and clinical credibility to the recruitment ecosystem.
