Jobslly is a dedicated online space for healthcare industry professionals — connecting nurses and healthcare recruiters. Through our platform, job seekers can upload resumes, browse openings, and apply directly, while employers can find and reach out to qualified candidates.

3. Who Can Use Jobslly

Our platform is available and open to anyone of the age of 18 and above. When you register, you're confirming that you meet the age requirement and that the information you've shared is honest and accurate — not false claims.

4. What We Expect from Users

Using Jobslly comes with a few basic responsibilities:

• Use the platform strictly for healthcare-related career activities and nothing else.
• Don't post content that's false, misleading, or inappropriate in any way.
• Keep your login details safe — you're accountable for everything that happens under your account.
• Refrain from using Jobslly for spam, fraudulent activity, or anything that breaks the law.

5. Rules for Employers and Recruiters

Recruiters and hiring managers are welcome on Jobslly, provided they follow these guidelines:

• Only post genuine, healthcare-related job openings.
• Candidate information accessed through Jobslly must stay within legitimate hiring workflows — it cannot be shared or used elsewhere.
• Listings that are discriminatory, misleading, or outside the healthcare domain will not be permitted.

6. Ownership of Content

Everything you see on Jobslly — from the logo to the layout, the text to the tools — belongs to us or is used under license. None of it can be copied, repurposed, or distributed without our written permission.

7. Our Liability is Limited

Jobslly serves as a link between employers and candidates. We don't give any guarantees about job placement, neither do we claim the accuracy of every listing is 100%. Accordingly, Jobslly and its team won't be held responsible for any loss or damage that may or may not arise from the use of the site.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account activity violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable law, we hold the right to suspend or permanently close your account — and we may do so without advance notice.

9. Your Privacy Matters

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read through it so that you know exactly how your information is handled.

10. External Links

Occasionally, Jobslly may link out to third-party websites. These are beyond our scope of control and we shall not take any responsibility or liability for their practices or content. You visit them at your own discretion and risk.

11. No Guarantee on Performance

We try to keep Jobslly running smoothly without fail or error, but we cannot make any promises that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The platform and its content are offered as-is and without any formal warranty of any kind.

12. Your Responsibility to Us

By using Jobslly, you agree to protect the company, its leadership, partners, and staff from any legal claims, losses, or liabilities that stem from your actions on the platform or any breach of these terms.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms operate under Indian law. Should any dispute arise, it will be handled exclusively by the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

14. Updates to These Terms

At any point in time, we may update and revise these Terms as the platform progresses and evolves. When we do, the updated version will appear along with the revised effective date. Continuing to use Jobslly after any changes means you've accepted the updated Terms.
