Job Summary  

Based in Chennai this role is about keeping clinical trial data accurate and reliable. As a Clinical Validation Analyst, you will run checks to catch errors before they become bigger problems. Clinical Validation Analyst will team up with people, across departments to shape validation plans that actually work. When the data doesn't check out, get to the bottom of it and propose a fix.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Run validation checks and quality checks to keep trial data accurate ensuring each record is correct.

  • Join forces with departments to shape validation requirements and plans making sure everyone is aligned.

  • Capture data mismatches early and write notes on data mismatches so issues are resolved quickly.

  • Suggest fixes when something in the data does not line up.

  • Help build and update validation documents, protocols and reports.

  • Keep learning about industry practices and regulatory expectations so stay up to date.

  • Take ownership of my deliverables while working well with the wider team ensuring smooth progress.

  • Stay engaged with clinical research work day to day, not just on paper.

Educational Qualification 

  • A degree in Life sciences, statistics, computer science, or in a related field.

Skills Required 

  • Two or more years working on edit check testing or clinical validation.

  • Some background in clinical data management or a similar research role.

  • A sharp eye for detail and solid analytical thinking.

  • Comfortable working with statistical software and data management tools.

  • Good communication skills, especially when working across different teams.

  • Legal permission to work in the country the role is based in.
