Job Summary
This job offers services that match the CGMP rules and the Novartis Quality Management System. As a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist you will take charge of quality work and projects in the part of the company that you're responsible for. You will cooperate with business partners, locations, suppliers and other teams inside the company. The job also includes dealing with papers, inspections, problems and following rules, in the quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Follow procedures for KPI reporting, internal procedures, for ticket management and follow internal procedures for time tracking.
Support business needs by completing tasks attending training and delivering assigned deliverables.
Communicate regularly with customers, partners, suppliers and with internal teams.
Ensure that work follows Novartis quality standards, GxP rules.
Create, maintain GxP documents, including SOPs and technical reports.
Support audits, quality operations, and product compliance activities.
Help manage CAPA processes, process improvements, and master data tasks.
Receive, review, and investigate complaints within the required QMS tools.
Track and report complaint trends, and follow through until closure.
Coordinate complaint related work with suppliers, sites, and country teams.
Support documentation, sample checks, and supplier investigations as needed.
Educational Qualification
A degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute is also accepted.
Skills Required
At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory, or manufacturing.
Good understanding of GxP requirements.
Basic knowledge of information technology systems and tools.
Fluent in the language both when writing and when speaking.
Strong abilities in communication giving presentations and interacting with others.
Used to working with teams and people from, over the world.
A good understanding of manufacturing practices, quality management systems and rules and regulations that must be followed.
