Job Summary
This role sits within the Regulatory Affairs Operations team, based in Gurgaon. As a Specialist you will support internal reporting work tied to frameworks, like IFRS 17 and Solvency II. You will collect and check data from multiple systems to keep reports accurate. The role also involves supporting technical requirements, resolving data issues, and tracking regulatory changes over time.
Key Responsibilities
Take care of the daily work that is connected to regulatory and internal reporting.
Get data from systems and make sure it matches to keep reports accurate.
Turn business needs into technical details that the tech team can use.
Help plan and organize work across one or more projects that are happening at the same time.
Figure out what the project really needs, looking at both the business side and the technical side.
Put data in the place in reporting templates following the correct data structure.
Do a check to make sure the numbers are correct and match up.
Find data problems early. Point them out clearly with proper notes attached.
Help create draft management reports regularly.
Keep track of any changes or edits that are made to report drafts as they go along.
Work with data owners, IT and compliance people to solve any problems.
Watch for any changes, in regulations. Think about how they impact reporting.
Update templates when necessary and make sure there is a record of what has changed.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Healthcare, or Pharmacy.
Master's degree in Public Health or Regulatory Affairs is also accepted.
Certifications such as CCO, CPA, CRCP, or CRCM is an advantage.
Skills Required
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Comfortable using collaboration tools and data analytics platforms.
Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus.
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma practices is helpful.
Strong people leadership and personal effectiveness.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
