 Job Summary 

This remote job is about creating high quality medical and scientific documents for clients. As an Associate Medical Writer you will help research, write and format clinical documents, including Informed Consent Forms and Lay Summaries. Your work will start with planning and go all the way to final drafts. The job also requires working with different clinical study teams on each project.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Research, write and edit clinical and patient focused documents.

  • Create Informed Consent Forms, Lay Summaries and clinical trial stories.

  • Help with documents as part of ongoing studies.

  • Check document quality. Make sure everything follows rules at every step.

  • Create and track project deadlines for the documents you are assigned.

  • Work closely with teams that work on different parts of clinical studies.

  • Follow ICH GCP. Client specific instructions at all times.

  • Give versions to both internal and external clients on time.

  • Help with planning activities from the start of each project.

 Educational Qualification 

A degree in Science, Pharmacy or another life sciences-related field.

 Skills Required 

  • One to three years of experience in scientific writing.

  • Experience making ICFs lay summaries or similar clinical documents.

  • Good written. Clear scientific communication abilities.

  • Good knowledge of ICH rules and basics of clinical research.

  • Strong focus on details and document correctness.

  • Familiar with MS Word and other writing tools.

  • Good skills in project coordination and managing time.
