Job Summary  

The role is based out of Mumbai. It focuses on creating clinical value and marketing for Roche Diagnostics. As a Clinical Value Specialist, you will keep strong relationships with key doctors and hospital leaders all over India. Your work will help doctors and hospitals adopt biomarkers, run marketing programs and discuss sales. The job also requires teamwork with sales, marketing and product groups inside the company.

  • Serve as a support point for sales when competition is tough.

  • Set up user meetings and clinical engagement activities like RTMs and EGMs.

  • Make reports and keep track of market and competitor trends.

  • Help reach business goals by planning and executing carefully.

  • Keep everything compliant with regulations, quality rules and company policies.

Educational Qualification 

  • A postgraduate degree or equivalent in engineering, science, or a related field.

Skills Required 

  • Six to eight years of work and a strong record of results.

  • Having worked with doctors in specialties such as cardiology, oncology or endocrinology is a plus.

  • Strong leadership skills in healthcare.

  • Excellent English-speaking skills.

  • Good analytical skills. Comfort with technical and scientific data.

  • Can build ties with senior stakeholders.

  • A strategic entrepreneurial mindset that can handle change.

  • The ability to work well when under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
