Job Summary  

This entry level role is based in Bengaluru. Includes a structured six month training program. As a Data Process Associate you will help manage trial data with accuracy and full compliance. Your work will involve entering, checking and processing data from studies. This role gives freshers a hands on introduction to clinical data management within a supportive global CRO.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Verify clinical data from Case Report Forms into study databases.

  • Follow established guidelines closely during all data entry work.

  • Perform quality control checks to protect data accuracy and compliance.

  • Follow ICH and GCP guidelines throughout the data process.

  • Assist with database testing and documentation preparation.

  • Support the processing of data across multiple projects.

  • Support User Access Management for Electronic Data Capture systems.

  • Maintain documentation as part of daily data management tasks.

Educational Qualification 

  • A degree such as M.Pharm, Pharm.D, or M.Sc, or an equivalent life sciences qualification.

Skills Required 

  • Zero years of experience required, this role is open to freshers.

  • Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Excel and Word.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Understanding of or willingness to learn ICH GCP guidelines.

  • Strong interest in research and healthcare advancement.

  • Good communication skills to work within a team environment.
