 Job Summary  

This position is based in India. Supports eCOA studies for customers in the United States. The working hours match the U.S. Eastern Time. As a Project Manager I, you will lead teams that work on the process of clinical trials from the start to the end. You will handle timelines, money and communication with people involved, making sure that everything is done well and that the relationship with the customer is good throughout the study.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the planning, setup, monitoring and closing phases of eCOA studies.

  • Collect what the customer needs and create plans to meet those needs.

  • Manage all the documents needed during the study.

  • Work with the distribution, tracking and checking of study devices and equipment.

  • Share reports about the study, the numbers and the updates.

  • Make sure the study data and documents are stored properly.

  • Keep the customer happy by talking with them and being proactive.

  • Check the timelines, important dates and the things that need to be done to keep the study on track.

  • Manage the money for the study plan, how much money will be made and check the bills.

  • Find problems in the project and plan how to fix them.

  • Work with the people who pay for the study the companies that help and the people inside the company to make sure everything goes smoothly.

  • Have talks and agree on solutions to problems and build trust with the customer.

  • Use ways to solve problems when the customer is not happy.

  • Keep track of any problems. Make sure they get fixed quickly.

  • Present eCOA services during meetings with doctors and at the start of the study.

  • Help new project managers learn their job and get started.

  • Help make the way things are done better and take part in projects in the department.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent mix of education and project management experience.

 Skills Required 

  • Have one to four years of project management experience in the fields of pharma, biotech, healthcare or clinical research.

  • Know the process of drug development and the environment of trials.

  • Have experience with eClinical platforms such as eCOA, ePRO, eConsent or RTSM/IRT which's a plus.

  • Possess strong skills in planning organizing and managing time.

  • Have a track record of handling stakeholders, budgets and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Understand project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Be skilled at managing risk and solving problems.

  • Have written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Build relationships across teams and sponsors with good interpersonal skills.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools such, as Excel, PowerPoint and Teams effectively and pay close attention to detail while meeting client needs.
