We're hiring a Team Lead to grow with us into senior leadership. Direct access to the founder and leadership team a front-row seat as we scale globally.
The opportunity (in two phases)
Phase 1: First 6 months: Individual Contributor You'll own your own sales pipeline, drive admissions, and learn every layer of our product and customer journey. You'll hit ambitious targets and earn the right to lead by showing what good looks like- not by title alone.
Phase 2: From Month 7: Team Lead You'll hire, coach and lead a team of up to 15 sales counsellors. You'll own a P&L line, build a high-performance sales culture, and report directly to the HOD Sales with line of sight to the founder.
We're looking for
3-6 years of successful experience in target-driven sales (EdTech, healthcare, BFSI, or services preferred), ideally suited for ambitious professionals below 30 years looking to accelerate into leadership roles.
Consistent track record of exceeding targets and the data to prove it
Excellent communicator in English + Hindi
Strong relationship-builder and outcome-owner
Ambitious, coachable, hungry to grow into leadership
Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling startup
