 Job Summary  

HEVA needs a person who will create communication materials that fit the strategy and product needs. The role of a Scientific Writer involves writing manuscripts, posters, abstracts and slide decks for therapeutic areas. You will manage core communication processes, templates, and Core Value Decks for key products. The role also involves working closely with HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams across regions.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Create HEVA communication materials that match the strategy and the product plans.

  • Handle the HEVA communication processes, the templates and the deliverables.

  • Keep the Core Value Decks up to date with the HEVA evidence.

  • Stick, to the publication SOPs and the necessary compliance standards.

  • Build and maintain strong therapeutic area knowledge over time.

  • Manage the end to end publication process through the iEnvision system.

  • Collaborate with HEVA RWE and scientific communication teams across the globe both internationally.

  • Maintain strong relationships with medical and scientific stakeholders.

  • Support peer writers, by sharing knowledge and proven best practices.

  • Conduct publication needs analysis to help shape and guide content development.

  • Improve course content and delivery by incorporating feedback from end users.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Advanced degree in Life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline, or a medical degree.

 Skills Required 

  • More than 2 years of experience in content creation within pharma, healthcare, or academia.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Relevant training or experience in health economics, public health, or epidemiology.

  • Good understanding of Good Publication Practice and publication submission processes.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
