Job Summary
This entry-level role supports electronic regulatory submissions within a global pharmaceutical company. As a Regulatory Publishing Associate, you will prepare, format, validate, and compile submission ready documents. Your work will follow global health authority requirements at every step. This role is a strong starting point for anyone interested in building a career in regulatory operations within the pharma and life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of eCTD and non-eCTD submissions.
Format documents, including hyperlinking, bookmarking, and PDF optimization.
Assist with submission compilation and publishing activities.
Run technical validation checks before final submission.
Maintain submission trackers and documentation logs.
Ensure metadata accuracy and correct document placement.
Support lifecycle management activities, including new, replace, and delete sequences.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
Skills Required
Three to five years of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment is preferred, though not mandatory.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exposure to eCTD publishing concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Veeva Vault or Lorenz DocuBridge is helpful.
Basic understanding of the submission lifecycle.
Good team collaboration skills.
