Job Summary  

This role belongs to the Research and Development team at Jubilant Biosys in Greater Noida. As a Trainee Research Associate helping with drug discovery projects by doing hands‑on lab work and gathering data. Work closely with scientists learning research tecniques and lab protocols. This role is a starting point for building a career, in research.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support day to day activities within the drug discovery research lab.

  • Carry out experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.

  • Record and maintain accurate lab data and research notes.

  • Help prepare samples, reagents, and materials required for experiments.

  • Follow lab safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.

  • Support data analysis and basic reporting of research findings.

  • Assist with maintaining lab equipment and inventory.

  • Take part in team discussions and ongoing training sessions.

  • Support other research related tasks as assigned by the team lead.

Educational Qualification 

Require a degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
