Job Summary
This fully remote role supports sales based communication and outreach activities for designated accounts. As an Analyst, you will identify new sales opportunities for the Business Development team through inbound and outbound prospecting. Your work will include competitive analysis, market research, and coordination with marketing teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM data and sharing regular updates with leadership on market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Business Development team to find companies that fit our goals.
Create an outreach plan and go over it each month with your manager and the team.
Watch media, business news and new leads to stay on top of opportunities.
Check out competitor websites, events and marketing efforts to learn what works.
Find the decision makers and people who influence choices in the companies we’re targeting.
Learn about the markets where Precision operates who we’re up against and how our products stand out.
Talk with the Marketing teams to make sure we have the tools to support sales.
Make sure the CRM and sales enablement tools have up-to-date information.
Give weekly and monthly reports, on what’s happening and what’s been done.
Give updates on pricing how we compare to others and what’s going on in the market.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, science, or a business related field, or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, business development, or sales.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of the CRO and Specialty Labs market.
At least 6 months of experience in product or service sales, including prospecting.
Direct B2B sales experience within a service industry.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Adaptable, professional, and highly motivated approach to work.
Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries is a plus.
Strong self motivation and ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable presenting to scientific, sales, and marketing audiences.
Salary Structure
The average salary for an Analyst at Precision Medicine Group in India ranges from ₹4.9 Lakhs to ₹8 Lakhs per year.
