 Job Summary  

This hybrid role supports Data Monitoring and Management activities within Pfizer's Worldwide Medical and Safety team. As an Associate Database Analyst, you will manage data review, query resolution, and logic check investigations. You will also support database design quality through documentation, testing, and validation. The role includes acting as the first point of contact for Clinical Trial Management System related questions and issues.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Take part in data monitoring activities, including data review and query management.

  • Investigate logic check flags to support clean, accurate clinical data.

  • Support database design quality through documentation, testing, and validation.

  • Help implement clinical data collection tools and related systems.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for CTMS related questions and issues.

  • Follow applicable SOPs and working practices closely.

  • Work with study team contacts and document owners to resolve discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with TMF study owners to fix document related issues.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and additional projects as needed.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree, or BA or BS, with any level of experience accepted.

 Skills Required 

  • Demonstrated understanding of ICH and GCP documentation requirements.

  • Hands on experience with electronic documentation or web based data management systems.

  • Awareness of the clinical development process and Good Clinical Practice principles.

  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant data standards.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data validation and quality control processes is helpful.

  • Good problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot to support daily work is an advantage.
