Job Summary
This job helps the IT Solutions team and the Quality Systems team in places. The focus is on working with the eQMS system. As an Associate Product Support Specialist, you will do tasks related to managing the ETQ or eQMS systems. Your work will include giving users access, changing information about documents and keeping the system records correct. This job is done with the help of the eQMS Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine system administration tasks within ETQ or eQMS platforms.
Handle adding users making accounts and keeping access correct.
Change information about documents. Help with changes in the life of the documents.
Keep the information in the system and the reference information correct as needed.
Make sure that all the system records are correct, complete and up to date.
Follow the rules and standards for all the things you do in the system.
Help the IT Solutions team and the Quality Systems team when they need help.
Take part in testing the system or checking if users like it as needed.
Perform simple tasks related to the system or administration when needed.
Keep clear records of all the tickets and documents for when an audit happens.
Educational Qualification
A person needs a Bachelor's degree or a diploma in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar subject.
Training in Quality Management, CSV or GxP or ITIL is helpful.
Skills Required
0 - 3 years of experience in IT support or application support, ideally within a regulated environment.
Strong IT Service Management mindset, including incident and request handling.
Practical experience with BMC Helix ITSM or similar ticketing tools.
Good understanding of regulated computerized systems and GAMP5 principles.
Functional understanding of eQMS or similar Quality Management Systems.
Ability to troubleshoot web application and access related issues.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or scripting is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Salary Structure
