Job Summary

This role is part of Accenture's Life Sciences R&D practice, located in Bengaluru. As a Business Analyst you will look at how an organization’s processes and systems work and how they link with technology. You will focus on understanding customer needs, designing solutions, and helping improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study business processes and systems to understand how they work together.

  • Assess current business models and how well they align with technology.

  • Identify customer needs and help define future state solutions.

  • Research, gather, and combine information from sources.

  • Perform independently and grow into a subject matter expert over time.

  • Take part actively in team discussions and contribute ideas.

Educational Qualification

  • Fifteen years of full-time education is required.

Skills Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.

  • Good knowledge of the Life Sciences industry is a plus.

  • Having experience in Business Process Modeling is helpful.

  • Familiarity with Medical Affairs is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills help one evaluate business processes.

  • The ability to bring together data from sources helps make better decisions.

  • Having experience, in planning and building business processes and related documents is important.
