 Job Summary  

The Central Monitor II reviews study data to find risks and keep clinical trials safe and reliable. You will use a data tool to track site and country performance. You will watch key risk indicators, share findings with the study team, and suggest actions. This remote role in India follows EMEA timing and needs at least two years of experience.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Central Monitoring Lead in establishing and sustaining the data analysis tool for each study.

  • Use the tool to review data risks and address issues.

  • Monitor study data and risk levels for the study, country and site according to the monitoring plan.

  • Identify data quality trends that may indicate recurring errors or poor site performance.

  • Share trends and findings with the study team and propose clear actions.

  • Provide periodic status reports to the study team.

  • Assist in training of central and local study teams on RBQM and central monitoring steps.

  • Keep good records of data reviews, risks and issues.

  • Share responsibility for data quality maintenance at the study, country and site levels.

 Educational Qualification 

A bachelor's degree in Life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field is usually preferred for this kind of role.

 Skills Required 

  • At least 2 years of central monitoring experience.

  • Willingness to work in RBQM processes.

  • Experience in reviewing KRIs.

  • Experience with CluePoints, which is preferred.

  • Strong skill in using data analysis tools for risk review.

  • Good written and spoken communication.

  • Ability to find patterns and explain them in a simple way.

  • Careful record keeping.

  • Team spirit and readiness to work in EMEA time.
