 Job Summary  

This role is based in Bengaluru, supporting data management activities across research studies.The Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of study data in the database is complete and accurate. You will collaborate closely with both external teams at each stage of the study lifecycle from the initial design phase, to the final analysis and eventual closeout. The role also involves supporting compliance and study timelines.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of study data in the electronic database.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on all aspects of data collection.

  • Work as part of a cross functional team throughout the study lifecycle.

  • Support study design, documentation, testing, and EDC system implementation.

  • Liaise with clinical, regulatory, biostatistics, and safety teams to align deliverables.

  • Take part in study team meetings and support project timelines.

  • Support risk management activities across assigned studies.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the data management process.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in public health, clinical science, technical, or a related discipline.

  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered.

 Skills Required 

  • At least 2 years of clinical data management experience, or a Master's degree in a related field.

  • Basic understanding of clinical development and data management processes.

  • Strong knowledge of EDC systems and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Good understanding of clinical trial operations.

  • Strong communication skills to work across cross functional teams.

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
