 Job Summary 

This position provides basic and some more advanced support to the Clinical Data Management team. As a Clinical Data Specialist or Associate Coordinator, you will help make sure the data management work is done well and meets what the customer wants. You might also take on some team leadership duties while working with team members. The job is about keeping data quality high and making sure communication is clear.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Work as a Data Operations Coordinator for one study or for central lab studies.

  • Take a leadership role in data management tasks with help from more experienced people.

  • Be a backup for the Data Operations Coordinator or Data Team Lead.

  • Do data reviews as part of the project work.

  • Fix data clarifications when needed.

  • Help with database audit activities.

  • Lead the creation and testing of databases and edit specifications.

  • Help test programming that is related to data management systems.

  • Do clinical data coding when needed.

  • Follow the procedures and instructions exactly.

  • Complete the goals. Meet the deadlines for the project.

  • Keep communication and relationships within the CDM team.

 Educational Qualification 

  • A Bachelor's degree in biological mathematical sciences or a similar field.

  • An equivalent mix of education, training and experience may also be accepted.

 Skills Required 

  • Familiarity with terms.

  • Good organizational, communication and leadership abilities.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on your own and take action to solve problems.
