Job Summary 

The Clinical Payments Associate is an entry‑level position designed for graduates and candidates beginning careers in clinical research. The Clinical Payments Associate role supports payment operations through administrative coordination handling payment‑related questions keeping trackers and records preparing documents and helping with study reconciliation and system migration activities. The Clinical Payments Associate works with teams, sponsors and clinical sites while making sure that information is accurate organized and processed according to established rules and time limits.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and triage incoming Jira tickets and emails.

  • Respond to payment‑related questions from clinical sites, sponsors and internal teams.

  • Provide information about payment status, remittance details and system access.

  • Send remittance documents and payment confirmations.

  • Keep records of communications, ticket assignments and resolutions.

  • Update. Arrange clinical payment documents.

  • Help with study reconciliation and system migration activities.

  • Collect, check and arrange study‑related documents.

  • Finish checklist items under team supervision.

  • Assist with coordination tasks in the Clinical Payments team.

  • Work with teams to support on‑time project delivery.

Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance or a related field.

  • Recent graduates are eligible; prior industry experience is not required.

  • Internships or administrative experience are helpful.

  • Candidates with Pharm.D or other relevant life‑science backgrounds may be suitable subject to the employer’s eligibility assessment.
