 Job Summary  

This role supports clinical monitoring and site management across assigned clinical trials, based in Mumbai. As a CRA I, you will conduct remote or on site visits to check protocol and regulatory compliance. Your work will include managing procedures across different sponsors and monitoring environments, including FSP. The role also involves building strong relationships with investigational sites and ensuring audit readiness.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform and coordinate clinical monitoring and site management activities.

  • Conduct remote or on site visits to check protocol and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage required documentation to support trial monitoring work.

  • Follow the rules and the instructions in organizations and the different places where they check things.

  • Make sure the studies follow the plan that was approved the ICH GCP rules and the company rules that are in place.

  • Help protect the rights of people taking part in the study keep them safe and make sure the information collected is correct.

  • Always be ready for an audit at the places where the study is happening.

  • Create good working relationships with the people at the study sites and the doctors involved.

  • Use ways to check the study based on the risks and look into why problems happen when needed.

  • Find problems with how the study's done and help fix them or stop them from happening again.

  • Tell the team in charge about how the study's going and let them know if there are problems.

  • Talk clearly in writing and in person with the people, outside the company who are working on the study.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, or a related scientific field.

 Skills Required 

  • Prior experience in onsite monitoring as a Clinical Research Associate is helpful for this level.

  • Good understanding of medical and therapeutic area knowledge and terminology.

  • Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and applicable regulations.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills.

  • Ability to manage risk based monitoring concepts and processes.

  • Good oral and written communication skills, especially with medical personnel.

  • Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and listening skills.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
