 Job Summary  

This role is part of the Clinical Research business unit in Mumbai. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will manage site feasibility, select investigators and handle study contracts for assigned trials. Your duties will include site initiation, monitoring and close‑out activities well as training investigators on study protocols. The role also involves ensuring data quality, reporting safety events and coordinating with data management partners.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform site feasibility assessments. Identify potential investigators for studies.

  • Negotiate study budgets and finalize investigators, sites and related contracts.

  • Submit study documents for ethics committee approval at all centers.

  • Document investigational product dispensing and inventory reconciliation.

  • Ensure completion of site initiation, monitoring and close‑out activities.

  • Train investigators and site staff on protocols, procedures and GCP principles.

  • Support timely recruitment and accurate data entry for trial participants.

  • Ensure source data verification and query resolution are completed on time.

  • Ensure reporting of SAEs and SUSARs following regulatory and PV policies.

  • Identify risks and support CAPA plans for underperforming sites.

  • Coordinate with in‑house teams or CRO partners for data management and analysis.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health-related field, such as Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Public Health.

  • A Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research is also accepted.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research.

  • Strong knowledge of GCP practices and clinical trial regulatory guidelines.

  • Good understanding of Phase III and Phase IV clinical trials.

  • Strong site management skills.

  • Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
