 Job Summary 

This role sits within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s FSP model working directly within a sponsor’s trial systems and processes. Provide administrative and technical support across the full trial lifecycle. Site activation, document management and audit readiness support. The role also involves coordination with study teams and site personnel throughout each project.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Support audit readiness by reviewing documents against SOP timelines.

  • Assist with site activation activities. Support the critical path for rapid activation.

  • Support feasibility assessments. Help identify potential investigators and sites.

  • Build working relationships with site personnel and local teams.

  • Maintain study documentation in line with ICH sponsor guidelines.

  • Support data accuracy by reviewing project systems, trackers and logs.

  • Coordinate with study teams during monitoring visits and site communication.

  • Support onboarding for team members as a buddy or mentor.

  • Provide system support for tools such as Veeva Vault eTMF and CTMS.

  • Support RBM related activities as needed across assigned studies.

 Educational Qualification 

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 or more years of hands‑on experience in clinical trial support as a CTC, Project Coordinator or CTA.

  • Experience with Phase II and Phase III international clinical trials.

  • Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault eTMF lifecycle management and CTMS platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Strong organizational and close attention to detail.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
