A big healthcare group in Gujarat is looking for a skilled and caring Consultant Gynecologist to join their growing Obstetrics and Gynecology department. This job is a chance for a doctor who really wants to help people and make a difference in the field of maternal health. If you are just starting your career as a consultant or if you already have a lot of experience this job is perfect for you. Here you will be in charge of things like leading clinical work guiding younger staff and making sure that patients are safe and happy.
Key Responsibilities
You will be in charge of the Outpatient and Inpatient departments. You will make sure that every patient gets a treatment plan that's just right for them.
You will do deliveries and cesarean sections. You will also do surgeries when they are needed.
You will take care of women who're pregnant and make sure they get all the care they need before during and after they have their babies.
You will be in charge when there are emergencies and you will have to make careful decisions.
You will also do checks to prevent health problems and teach patients about how to stay healthy.
Skills Required
You should be very good at doing surgeries. Have experience with basic laparoscopic procedures.
You should be able to understand ultrasounds and take care of women who have high-risk pregnancies.
You should be able to explain medical things to patients and their families in a way that is clear and kind.
You should be a leader and be able to work with other doctors and nurses.
You should be able to handle a lot of patients at the time and still do your job well.
Qualification Required
You should have a -graduate degree in Gynecology from a good university.
You should have some experience working as a doctor. It is okay if you do not have a lot.
You should be registered with the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission.
You should be able to speak English and Hindi. It is also good if you can speak Gujarati.
