 Job Summary 

This fully remote job looks at operational data to keep clinical trials on track. As a Data Surveillance Analyst, you will build Data Surveillance Plans. You will work on specific project reviews. You will work with technology teams. Join both internal and external surveillance meetings to share key findings. The job also asks you to spot data trends and help fix problems.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Help create Data Surveillance Plans, with risk indicators and quality limits.

  • Set up and keep data surveillance tools running, such as monitoring platforms.

  • Build data maps and set key risk indicators for every project.

  • Look at data using the needed tools and other sources if required.

  • Write findings in tracking systems and in the required reports.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to find solutions for problems.

  • Notice possible data quality trends, outliers, and odd patterns.

  • Take follow‑up action and ask for help if needed.

  • Join investigator meetings, audits and regulatory inspections when needed.

  • Raise site or study issues fast when quick action is required.

  • Build good teamwork relationships with cross‑functional teams.

  • Follow ICH GCP guidelines, local rules and internal SOPs.

  • Update technologies and finish core reviews each cycle.

  • Work with team members to link findings from various data sources.

  • Help run review meetings and push clear, agreed actions.

  • Finish and share Central Monitoring Reports as part of the project.

 Educational Qualification 

  • A degree in Science, biological science, pharmacy, or data analytics is preferred.

  • Experience in clinical, technology, or business areas can also be accepted.

 Skills Required 

  • Have least 2 years of working experience in medical, clinical or data management.

  • Know about centralized monitoring and data‑driven monitoring.

  • Be good at data analysis. Can spot trends and problems.

  • Know the basics of SDTM domains and data operations ideas.

  • Know SAS programming or SQL scripting.

  • Be comfortable using CTMS, EDMS, MS Office and similar tools.

  • Focus on clients. Keep quality top priority.

  • Speak and write well and can give presentations.

  • Manage time and handle many tasks at once.

  • Work on your own with little supervision.
