 Job Summary 

This job is located at Zentivas Ankleshwar site. Belongs to the Quality Control team. As an Executive you will carry out quality control tasks for products following rules, global quality standards and HSE guidelines. Your work will focus on testing, validation and laboratory management to keep product quality steady. The role also requires working with production and warehouse teams to help analytical operations run smoothly.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze raw materials, products, intermediates and finished goods on time.

  • Look at market complaints, stability samples and samples for process or cleaning validation.

  • Maintain laboratory equipment.

  • Help qualify laboratory equipment when needed.

  • Check pharmacopeia standards to help draft product specifications.

  • Write SOPs, forms and analytical test records.

  • Handle reference standards, working standards, reagents and lab chemicals.

  • Set up and track control samples, keeping precise records.

  • Assist in investigating results that're out of specification and in retesting.

  • Review raw lab data that is linked to testing.

  • Draft validation protocols for methods and cleaning validation.

  • Perform validation exercises following approved protocols.

  • Plan and track lab consumables such as chemicals, spare parts and glassware.

  • Work with production and warehouse teams on analytical tasks.

  • Spot and report unsafe conditions to keep the lab safe.

  • Do extra tasks when told by the department head.

 Educational Qualification 

Postgraduate degree in Science with a focus on Organic or Analytical Chemistry.

 Skills Required 

  • 1 - 4 years of experience in a company.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Good coordination and communication skills.

  • A strong sense of accountability, authenticity and teamwork.

  • Willingness to work with courage and build trust across teams.
