Job Summary
This role sits within EVERSANAs MA/MI Operations team, based in Pune. As an MA/MI Content Management and System Specialist you will support Medical Information systems, user access and content classification for assigned clients. Your work will help maintain data quality, system consistency and audit readiness. The role also involves coordination with internal teams to keep systems running smoothly and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Support user offboarding within Medical Information systems.
Track training assignments and help maintain training content.
Manage user access and maintain the user management master file.
Monitor and resolve tickets raised by system users.
Respond to requests through support mailboxes and team channels.
Update data reports, dashboards and SharePoint lists as needed.
Support the Talent Share tool and related training activities.
Coordinate with teams for connected systems and applications.
Support testing and script development during system releases.
Provide support during audits and compliance reviews.
Help manage classification processes for enquiries and documents.
Support planning, review and maintenance of procedural documents.
Perform metadata classification for enquiry cases and response documents.
Carry out checks to keep classifications consistent and accurate.
Support MA/MI leadership with project plans for key initiatives.
Help maintain project documentation and related records.
Support content teams with uploads to client review platforms.
Educational Qualification
Graduate degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical field.
Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is preferred.
Skills Required
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare agency, pharma contact center, or similar setting.
Experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, or CRM systems.
Experience in MLR coordination and project management.
Strong time management and meeting coordination skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with global healthcare compliance laws is a plus.
Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful, though not required.
Salary Structure
