 Job Summary  

This position is part of Medical Affairs, located in Bangalore or Hyderabad. As Manager, Medical Affairs you will share clinical and health economic information with outside customers and people who matter. Your job will involve creating term relationships with important people in infectious disease and laboratory medicine. The job also includes helping with research, product testing and training, inside the company on technical subjects.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide scientific, clinical, and health economic information to customers and stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and institutional leaders.

  • Identify research and educational opportunities and ensure timely completion.

  • Manage product evaluations to demonstrate performance and applications.

  • Stay updated on relevant medical literature to support clear clinical discussions.

  • Take part in medical and scientific forums to share expert information.

  • Support speaker training programs and support advisory board meetings.

  • Attend meetings and share strategically relevant information.

  • Provide medical affairs support during conferences. Provide medical affairs support during industry events.

  • Discuss research gaps with external investigators and contribute where relevant.

 Educational Qualification 

  • MBBS with MD or DNB in Microbiology, Infectious Disease training, or a similar qualification.

  • 3 or more years of experience in a similar medical affairs role.

  • Demonstrated ability to write or publish articles in peer reviewed journals.

  • Direct diagnostic laboratory experience with clinical exposure is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong access to and relationships with key opinion leaders.
