 Job Summary 

This field‑based position is part of Medical Affairs. It focuses on Immunology and Inflammation, covers India and other APAC countries. As an MSL or Senior MSL you will build relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators and key medical experts. Your work will support exchange, evidence generation and investigator‑initiated research. The MSL level gives you field skills while the Senior MSL leads high‑level relationships, with full strategic independence.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Support medical strategy through field insights and stakeholder engagement.

  • Develop and manage territory plans aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key medical experts and investigators.

  • Lead segmentation and engagement planning for healthcare professional relationships.

  • Conduct peer to peer scientific exchange on clinical and preclinical data.

  • Support clinical trial awareness and investigator or site identification efforts.

  • Respond to medical information requests accurately and in a compliant manner.

  • Support investigator initiated studies through scientific discussion and coordination.

  • Identify evidence gaps and contribute to evidence generation strategies.

  • Share field insights and strategic recommendations with internal teams.

  • Represent the company at scientific conferences and advisory board meetings.

  • Lead senior KOL relationships with full strategic independence.

  • For Senior MSL, contribute to MSL training materials and field tools.

  • Take a leadership role in advisory board development.

 Educational Qualification 

  • PharmD, PhD, or MD in a relevant life sciences, pharmacy, or biomedical field.

  • Post doctoral training, clinical fellowship, or residency is strongly preferred.

 Skills Required 

  • MSL level requires at least 3 years of MSL or related medical affairs experience.

  • Senior MSL level requires at least 5 years of similar experience.

  • Experience in immunology or inflammation or any similar therapy area is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to understand and share clinical and scientific data is essential.

  • Knowledge on CRM platforms like Veeva.

  • Understand medical affairs compliance, including rules, from FDA and EMA.

  • Ability to communicate science well and to listen carefully.

  • Write English very well.

  • Have a drivers license and be ready to travel fifty percent or more.

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for physician or patient events.

 Salary Structure

The salary for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior MSL role at Beeline Medicines ranges from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹20 Lakhs per year.
