 Job Summary  

This fully remote role sits within Thermo Fisher's Medical Writing team, supporting regulatory and clinical documentation. As a Medical Writer, you will help prepare accurate, high quality documents while ensuring compliance with required quality standards. Your job could involve helping with schedules, money plans and predictions for the things you're responsible for. The position also includes being part of meetings where projects are discussed and working with groups, inside the company.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and edit clinical and regulatory documents to required quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with quality processes for all assigned documents.

  • Support best practices and methods to achieve strong writing outcomes.

  • Assist with program management activities as needed.

  • Help develop timelines, budgets, and forecasts for assigned deliverables.

  • Represent the department at project launch and review meetings.

  • Take part in project team meetings to support ongoing document work.

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to keep documents on track.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, or an equivalent academic or vocational qualification.

 Skills Required 

  • Two or more years of relevant experience in medical or regulatory writing.

  • Experience working within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.

  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and regulatory writing standards.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.

  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
