 Job Summary 

This position is about creating on time safety reports connected to clinical studies and after the medicine is on the market. As a Pharmacovigilance Reporting Associate you will handle pharmacovigilance tasks while making sure the work is done quickly. This job will include gathering side effect information and helping to make safety reports. The job also requires working with clinical, regulatory and data management teams to fix any problems with the reports.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and check safety reports, including updates and single case reports.

  • Make sure all safety reports are correct and follow the rules.

  • Look at side effect information from studies and from after the medicine is on the market.

  • Help make safety reports that are clear and complete.

  • Keep up to date with the rules and best ways to handle pharmacovigilance.

  • Work closely with regulatory and data management teams.

  • Help solve reporting problems by getting the information from different teams.

  • Make sure safety reports are sent to the regulators and sponsors on time.

  • Follow the set deadlines. Reporting rules carefully.

 Educational Qualification 

Bachelors degree in life sciences, pharmacy or a similar area.

 Skills Required 

  • Experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety reporting.

  • Good knowledge of safety reporting methods and the rules.

  • Good attention to detail and being organized.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills when working with groups.

  • Ability to handle tasks in a fast and controlled environment.

  • Willing to travel sometimes 10% of the time.
