We're Hiring: Program Advisor/Admission Counsellor / Learning Consultant

About the Role

Join Academically Global, an Australian healthcare EdTech company helping doctors, dentists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, nurses and other healthcare professionals build global careers.

As an Admission Counsellor / Learning Consultant, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals and guide them towards the right courses, licensing pathways and international career opportunities.

🔹 What You'll Do

  • Make 90–100+ outbound calls daily to prospective learners

  • Speak with 40+ potential learners daily

  • Conduct 2–3+ video consultations every day

  • Understand learner needs and recommend relevant courses/pathways

  • Follow up with leads and drive enrolments & conversions

  • Maintain accurate lead and call records in LSQ/CRM

🔹 Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • 1–3 years of EdTech/Sales experience preferred

  • Excellent communication & counselling skills

  • Target-driven and confident on calls/video consultations

  • Passion for education, sales & healthcare careers
