Job Summary
This remote role supports medical communications projects across assigned client accounts. As a Program Coordinator, you will provide project coordination, keeping deliverables on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard. You will track timelines, manage documentation and help build proposals and budgets. The role also involves coordination with clients, faculty and internal cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate program timelines, deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.
Track and report on publications and medical education projects.
Organize meetings, congress submissions and event logistics.
Keep documentation, dashboards and status reports.
Watch project budgets, spot risks and help resolve issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
Prepare program updates, internal reports and publication materials.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree preferred, in fields such as Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
Skills Required
Experience coordinating projects and working in teams.
Experience in communications or publications project management.
Familiarity with tracking tools such as Datavision, iEnvision or PubStrat.
Experience with scientific journal and congress submissions is preferred.
