 Job Summary  

This remote role supports medical communications projects across assigned client accounts. As a Program Coordinator, you will provide project coordination, keeping deliverables on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard. You will track timelines, manage documentation and help build proposals and budgets. The role also involves coordination with clients, faculty and internal cross-functional teams.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate program timelines, deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Track and report on publications and medical education projects.

  • Organize meetings, congress submissions and event logistics.

  • Keep documentation, dashboards and status reports.

  • Watch project budgets, spot risks and help resolve issues.
