 Job Summary  

This job links the work on projects to the bigger picture of the program strategy by handling groups of projects that are connected. As a Project Manager, you will handle the activities of the Project Management Office, manage what each project includes the timeline and the money involved, while also keeping relationships with clients. Your tasks will involve giving updates on project status, keeping track of risks and handling any changes that happen across the projects. The job also requires helping with improving the way the team works, finding people to join the team and supporting efforts to get more business when needed.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate PMO activities as directed by leadership.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost across assigned projects.

  • Maintain strong, positive client relationships throughout each project.

  • Oversee task delivery and track progress against interim milestones.

  • Ensure project tasks stay within budget and on schedule.

  • Act as a secondary contact point for client communication.

  • Track risks and issues through to resolution.

  • Prepare and share status reports with clients.

  • Manage changes to project scope as they arise.

  • Perform advanced financial analysis for assigned projects.

  • Oversee Quality Management System activities on behalf of clients.

  • Coordinate dependencies across related projects.

  • Consolidate reporting across multiple project streams.

  • Manage project escalations calmly and effectively.

  • Support Program Managers with strategic planning tasks.

  • Contribute to client governance meetings when required.

  • Support the development of SOPs, training materials, and thought leadership content.

  • Take part in recruiting activities, including interviews and job description writing.

  • Support sales activities, including proposals, bid defenses, and client demos.

  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare management, information technology, or a related field.

  • PMP Certification is preferred.
