Job Summary

This role is based in Pune within Lupins Research and Development team. As a Research Associate, Pharma Analytical you will carry out routine, stability and QBD analysis for pharmaceutical projects. Your work will include running tests developing analytical methods and handling regulatory or plant related queries. The role also involves maintaining documentation and following laboratory practices throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, stability and QBD analysis for projects.

  • Run tests such as dissolution, assay and related substances checks on time.

  • Develop analytical methods following current SOPs and guidelines.

  • Support regulatory and plant queries related to different products.

  • Follow good laboratory practices at every stage of the work.

  • Maintain documentation in line with GLP and GMP norms.

  • Keep the lab and workspace clean and well organized.

  • Make use of instruments, apparatus and available resources.

  • Support method transfer activities at the manufacturing plant.

  • Carry out method equivalency, verification and pharmacopeial method analysis.

  • Prepare documents such as method transfer waivers and validation reports.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmacy.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or analytical role.

  • Strong understanding of GLP and GMP practices.

  • Good technical knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing methods.

  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines closely.
