 Job Summary  

The Research Associate R&D will work in the synthetic chemistry lab at Ennore. This person will plan and run lab experiments for new and existing products. The role includes tracking process changes during synthesis and purification work. The associate must follow lab safety rules and cGMP standards. Good documentation and teamwork are important parts of this job.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Carry out lab experiments related to synthesis and purification of chemical compounds.

  • Watch and record changes seen during process development work.

  • Finish all assigned project tasks within the given time.

  • Keep lab records and documents updated without delay.

  • Support team members whenever Support team members need assistance.

  • Follow all safety rules. Wear the correct protective equipment in the lab.

  • Join EHS training sessions. Participate in audits when required.

  • Report any problems or unsafe conditions, to the team lead immediately.

 Educational Qualification 

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry is needed for this role. 

  • Candidates with a strong base in synthetic chemistry from a recognised university will be preferred.

 Skills Required 

  • Good command in organic chemistry and synthesis methods.

  • Knowledge of cGMP and quality standards used in pharma labs.

  • Strong attention to detail during lab work.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn new lab techniques and tools.

  • Basic computer skills for keeping digital records.
