 Job Summary  

This role is part of a multi disciplined healthcare team supporting Apotex products, both domestic and international. As a Senior Analyst, you will help coordinate Risk Management and Risk Evaluation Mitigation Plans, while responding to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal teams. Your work will ensure accurate, unbiased, and timely medical information is shared, supporting the safe and effective use of Apotex products worldwide.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide verbal and written responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal teams.

  • Evaluate and respond to medical inquiries accurately and within required timelines.

  • Coordinate the preparation and updates of global Risk Management and REMS plans.

  • Research and interpret medical information using strong technical and scientific skills.

  • Create and peer review medical information documents, such as response letters and bulletins.

  • Support departmental and cross functional team initiatives and priorities.

  • Follow SOPs related to adverse event and quality complaint reporting.

  • Stay updated on current therapeutics and medical information regulations.

  • Provide on call coverage as per the assigned schedule.

  • Assist with report preparation and maintain product databases and files.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared outcomes.

  • Support special projects and after hours coverage, as assigned.

  • Follow all compliance and safety rules every day in your work.

  • Stay true to the company values like collaboration, courage, perseverance and passion in everything you do.

  • Make sure to follow compliance standards, quality practices, safety procedures and HR policies at all times.

 Educational Qualification 

  • B. Pharm, M. Pharm, B.Sc, Diploma in a Health or Science related discipline,  or Bachelor of Dental Surgery.

 Skills Required 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such, as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook to write documents and make presentations.

  • Familiarity with ArisG Safety Database, MedDRA, and Argus.

  • Familiarity with Embase and MLM databases.

  • Strong online literature searching and review skills.
