 Job Summary 

This job involves planning and leading functional projects across Amgens Scientific Communications group, based in Hyderabad. As a Senior Associate Project Manager you will handle publications, medical content and congress deliverables according to business goals and rules. You will create KPI dashboards. Help improve processes and systems working with global teams in different time zones.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle all parts of project schedules, scope and deliverables.

  • Organize team meetings, record decisions. Make sure tasks are completed on time.

  • Create dashboards to track data quality and compliance metrics.

  • Aid with congress planning, support the process as needed.

  • Help with publications work along with planners and experts in the US.

  • Train people on tools like Salesforce, Tableau, SharePoint and Veeva Vault.

  • Find gaps in processes. Help with automation and improvements.

  • Support testing and training for improved tools.

  • Ensure all work follows Amgen's rules, quality standards, and regulations.

 Educational Qualification 

A Master's or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.

 Skills Required 

  • A project management certification, like PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.

  • At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects preferably in a regulated setting.

  • Experience in affairs, publications or scientific communications is useful.

  • Knowledge in how to use platforms like Salesforce and Veeva Vault.

  • Good skills in managing schedules, risks and communication with stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of tools like Microsoft 365 SharePoint and MS Planner.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to create dashboards and visuals using Excel or Power BI.

  • Familiarity with automation or AI tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work well across time zones in a team-based setting.
