Job Summary 

The Senior Executive, Post Market Surveillance will handle medical‑device quality complaints and related regulatory work. They will look at complaints, decide if they must be reported, coordinate investigations, review results. Help close cases quickly. They will also build submissions such as MDRs and MIRs study complaint trends and keep post‑market documents like PMSPs and PSURs. This job needs regulatory sense good analysis, accurate writing and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Evaluate product quality complaints and start the right records and actions.

  • Own and process complaint cases with the Quality System rules.

  • Decide if the complaint must be reported and help or approve the decision.

  • Send the necessary regulatory reports, like MDRs and MIRs.

  • Follow complaint investigations. Make sure cases finish on time.

  • Look at findings from Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Supplier teams.

  • Ask questions about data. Look at complaint trends to spot repeating product problems.

  • Help quality and process‑improvement projects.

  • Keep the Post Market Surveillance documents, such as PMSPs and PSURs.

  • Make sure everything matches the rules and Vantive procedures.

Educational Qualification 

A Bachelor’s degree or the same level, best in Engineering, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or another STEM field.
