 Job Summary  

This entry level role is based in Yeshwantpur, Bangalore, working on a rotational shift schedule. As a Site Initiation and Kit Inventory Coordinator, you will manage the Kit Material Supply system at the project and site level. Your work will include entering work orders, adjusting kit inventory, and resolving supply issues. The role also involves supporting investigator sites and following global processes closely.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply system based on project or site requirements.

  • Enter work orders into the database, following project specific guidelines.

  • Adjust collection kit inventory based on site reports or project changes.

  • Troubleshoot complex kit supply issues and inform the Project Manager when needed.

  • Assist investigator sites with resupply of collection kits and materials.

  • Review and research incoming orders from the Investigator Support Team.

  • Customize the Kit Material Supply system to meet site specific needs.

  • Support the Technical Administrator with complex kit instructions and database issues.

  • Follow SOPs, work instructions, and management communication closely.

  • Support the rollout of global processes and procedures.

  • Track and report metrics within agreed timelines.

  • Document service failures and escalate unresolved issues to management.

  • Take on other duties as assigned by management.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science.

  • A Master's degree in Life Science is preferred.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

  • Good attention to detail while managing inventory and work orders.

  • Strong communication skills to support investigator sites and internal teams.

  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

  • Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
