 Job Summary  

This remote role sits at the intersection of clinical research operations, customer support, and product, working US East Coast hours. As a Site Support Specialist, you will help clinical research sites use the Tilda platform effectively. Your work will include troubleshooting issues, supporting site training, and sharing user feedback with the product team. The role blends strong clinical workflow knowledge with practical technical support.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clinical research sites using Tilda.

  • Build protocol specific eSource for assigned sites.

  • Help sites with document collection and filing during study start up.

  • Respond to site questions, workflow issues, and product support requests.

  • Help users navigate Tilda successfully within their daily workflows.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues, identifying their root cause clearly.

  • Document and escalate issues to Product or Engineering when needed.

  • Identify practical workarounds while longer term fixes are developed.

  • Support onboarding, training, and platform walkthroughs for new sites.

  • Develop and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Share recurring feedback and clinical workflow challenges with Product teams.

  • Take part in testing new product features and workflow improvements.

  • Track recurring support themes to help improve the overall site experience.

  • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams for smooth site support.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 or more years of experience in clinical research, trial operations, or site operations.

  • Required experience with data entry and creating eSource.

  • Experience working directly with clinical research sites or site based teams.

  • Strong understanding of how clinical research sites operate.

  • Experience working with Clinical Research Coordinators, Investigators, or Site Managers.

  • Experience using or supporting clinical trial technology platforms.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in a structured, logical way.

  • Comfortable learning new technology and explaining it to non technical users.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support requests at once.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Medidata, Veeva, or Oracle Clinical is a plus.
