 Job Summary 

This entry‑level home‑based role supports the Sponsors Trial Master File for the duration of a clinical trial. As a TMF Document Coordinator I you will. Process TMF records using quality control workflows. Your work will follow study‑specific guidelines, SOPs and ICH GCP requirements. The role also requires you to resolve document queries and help with TMF reporting together with the TMF Project Lead.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Review TMF records to ensure they are complete, accurate and of quality before approval.

  • Classify records and assign the correct metadata according to record type.

  • Spot quality problems and raise pre‑approval queries when necessary.

  • Work with submitters to resolve queries quickly.

  • Participate in TMF quality reviews and address the findings assigned to you.

  • Help keep study milestones and the expected document lists on track.

  • Assist the TMF Project Lead with metrics and reports.

  • Attend internal TMF meetings to share updates on status and issues.

  • Collaborate closely with project team members to resolve TMF‑related issues.

 Educational Qualification 

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required

 Skills Required 

  • Experience in research within biotechnology, pharmaceutical or CRO settings.

  • Intermediate proficiency in English.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay flexible in a multitasking environment.

  • Good knowledge of guidelines and the applicable Health Canada and FDA regulations.

 Salary Structure
