 Job Summary  

This entry-level apprenticeship supports the Engineering and Maintenance team at Piramal's Mahad facility. As an Apprentice, you will assist with preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and utilities. Your work will include monitoring equipment parameters, maintaining records, and supporting inspections. The role also offers hands on exposure to plant operations, safety practices, and engineering projects, guided by senior team members.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Engineering and Maintenance team with daily activities.

  • Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and utilities.

  • Monitor and record operating parameters for equipment.

  • Keep maintenance records, checklists and all related documentation up to date.

  • Help with equipment inspections and troubleshooting tasks as needed.

  • Work with vendors and contractors under the direction of supervisors.

  • Always follow safety rules GMP standards and company procedures.

  • Support engineering. Efforts aimed at continuous improvement.

  • Develop skills in plant operations and maintenance, through learning and experience.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
