 Job Summary  

This role focuses on quality assurance activities within Rubicon Research's manufacturing and packing operations. As a Senior Officer, you will track in process samples and support timely area release for production. Your work will include spotting opportunities for process improvement and ensuring full time compliance across the shop floor. The role also involves reporting any non compliance quickly to senior quality assurance leadership.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Track in process samples and support timely release of manufacturing and packing areas.

  • Identify opportunities for process and practice improvement on the shop floor.

  • Make sure that manufacturing, packing and warehouse operations follow all rules all the time.

  • Report any observed non compliance immediately to the IPQA in charge or QA head.

  • Support quality checks and documentation across daily production activities.

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to maintain smooth quality operations.

  • Work across shifts as required by production schedules.

  • Travel to other manufacturing sites when needed for business requirements.

 Educational Qualification 

  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc degree, with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

 Skills Required 

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance.

  • Strong knowledge of in process quality assurance on the shop floor.

  • Exposure to regulatory bodies such as US FDA, EU GMP, MHRA, and TGA.

  • Experience with dosage forms like OSD, liquid orals, or nasal products is a plus.

  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.

  • Ability to work well within a compliance driven environment.

  • Willingness to work across shifts and travel to other sites when required.
