Academically Global is hiring an Assistant Program Manager for our Medical & Pharmacy Education vertical in Dehradun. This is a high-impact, founder-led leadership track designed for doctors, pharmacists and dentists who want to move into EdTech without leaving the medical domain.
You'll own the full lifecycle of educational programs that help healthcare professionals secure international licenses (Australia, UK, Gulf) and build high-income global careers from content and live teaching to brand building and performance tracking. You'll work directly under the leadership of Dr. Akram Ahmad (PhD, University of Sydney).
What you'll own:
π― Educational Strategy - Build high-quality MCQ banks and clinical case studies, validated by subject-matter experts before every launch.
π Instructional Leadership - Conduct daily online classes and orientation sessions; keep engagement high through feedback loops and rapid query resolution.
π£ Brand Advocacy - Become a visible subject-matter expert: host webinars and seminars, and create educational content for YouTube and Instagram.
βοΈ Operational Excellence - Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Tech to drive program launches; track KPIs like conversion rates and exam pass rates.
π Continuous Improvement - Use student performance data to sharpen learning modules and maintain our 90%+ pass rate across international licensure exams.
Who we're looking for:
Education: MBBS, BDS, MDS, M Pharm, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant healthcare field (required)
Experience: 0β5 years, freshers with a strong leadership mindset are highly encouraged to apply
Bonus: MBA or MPH is a significant advantage for this leadership track
Business mindset: You think in funnels, conversions and product-market fit, not just lectures
Camera-confident: Comfortable on camera and on stage; you'll be building platform authority
Startup-ready: Ownership-first attitude, adaptable, able to take things from zero to one quickly
Languages: Fluent English and Hindi, you'll engage a global student base and local teams
Location requirement: On-site at IT Park, Dehradun. Relocation is mandatory and worth it: mountain air, lower cost of living, and no metro commute, while doing global-scale EdTech work.
