 Job Summary 

This entry-level role belongs to Amgens Marketing Investment Optimization team. The team focuses on Investment Analytics. In the role of Associate Data Scientist, you will help make marketing investment decisions that use data. You will create models and custom analyses to help guide business choices. You will work under the supervision of Senior Associates and Managers. The role is all about learning in a structured way, thinking analytically and using data skills to solve real business problems.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Use statistical models to understand important business issues.

  • Use analytical methods to guide business choices.

  • Design custom analyses using R, Python and Excel.

  • Help prepare summaries of analysis, documentation and materials for presentations.
