Sanofi Business Operations, or SBO, is an internal team based in India that supports Sanofi's global work. It centers processes for Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, and other key areas, along with R&D and Digital functions. SBO acts as a close partner to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial teams around the world. It plays a key role in helping Sanofi deliver science that improves patient lives.

 Job Summary  

This job is part of the HEVA, which stands for Health Economics and Value Assessment team in Hyderabad. As an Associate you will help create health economics and value based evidence for the therapy areas you are assigned. You will assist with research projects, economic models and plans for generating evidence throughout the product lifecycle. The job also includes working closely with teams from around the world and interacting with many different people, across various time zones.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the HEVA team in building strong evidence for assigned therapy areas

  • Help run research projects, economic models, and trial design work

  • Look for new ways to improve how HEVA evidence is created and shared

  • Maintain strong knowledge in the therapy area I support.

  • Maintain working relationships, with key stakeholders and global teams.

  • Support evidence generation plans, including literature reviews, epidemiology studies and economic evaluations. Help manage ongoing HEVA studies alongside the manager or product lead

  • Contribute to core value dossiers and AMCP dossier development

  • Work with teams across HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access

  • Prepare useful, well organized materials and deliverables for different teams

Educational Qualification and Skills Required 

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or pharmacy or a field that is similar to a medical degree.

  • Minimum three years of work experience in HEOR in the pharmaceutical industry in consulting or in a university setting.

  • Good communication. The ability to manage people who are important to the project.

  • Ability to work on their own well as with a group of people.

  • Good skills in analyzing information to create plans based on medical and money-related data.

  • Very good at writing and speaking in English.
