Job Summary

Responsibilities of Associate Imaging Research Specialist in managing the operation of clinical trials through support in the management of imaging data, project coordination and quality assurance.

The position will involve handling database management and maintenance of accurate information in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.

The position calls for high levels of analytical skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support in maintaining and managing data associated with projects, project timelines, and deliverables. Provide assistance in creating reports on the performance of the projects and portfolios.

Ensure accuracy in the database by capturing and updating information through imaging. Ensure the proper documentation of data.

Provide support for quality assurance and compliance tasks by reviewing documents and ensuring compliance. Assist in audit preparation.

Provide support in maintaining knowledge management systems by capturing and updating information associated with projects.

Help in dealing with stakeholder/client inquiries in a professional manner. Help in resolving the queries in a timely manner.

Assist in performing the operational and administrative duties related to documentation, report writing, etc.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all the project requirements are fulfilled in an effective manner.

All the tasks should be done within the set time frame.

Qualification and Skill Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Life Sciences

  • Pharmacy

  • Biotechnology

  • Biomedical Sciences, or

  • Related field

Experience: 0–5 years of experience in:

  • Clinical research

  • Imaging operations, or

  • Related roles

A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in working with data and documents is required. Candidate must be a good communicator.

Candidates should have knowledge of clinical research processes and a controlled environment.

The selected candidate should be able to handle multiple responsibilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

The candidate must be self-motivated and also a good team player.
